Partnerships
Organizational partners are stakeholders and may be included in day-to-day operations. They may have a fiscal interest in the Brownfileds Job Development and Training program. Partners share a common goal and serve a key role in program sustainability. The benefits of strong partnerships are many, and include the following:
Networking: As in job development, networking on an organizational basis provides invaluable introductions to others interested in the same objectives as the Brownfield Job Development and Training program.
Public Relations: Partnerships with other organizations serve a public relations purpose in assisting communications with other potential stakeholders.

Potential Future Organizational Partners: Opening channels of communications with other organizations and developing relationships have the potential for future organizational partnerships. Common interests and goals developed during informal affiliations with other programs can lead to mergers and partnerships, and helps to create stronger, more sustainable organizations.
Information Resources: One of the greatest benefits of developing partnerships comes in the form of information exchange. The combined experience, skills and knowledge base of many is always greater than that of the individual.
It's not always necessary to partner with similar organizations. Partners can share ideas, resources, and solutions to barriers encountered in sustaining a Brownfields Job Development and Training program.
